While Cloudflare continues to report their services are being restored, recent observations indicate that there is no longer an impact on RCOE's App Portal, Galaxy and MicroStrategy. Thank you for your patience.

Update

It appears that Cloudflare is starting to recover. Logins are now working intermittently. We will continue to monitor the situation.

Update

As of 12:10pm Cloudflare is reporting that services are starting to be restored but so far we are not seeing anyone able to login. We will post an update here as soon as we learn more.
